Off the beaten track Road Trip Educational

On Tuesday, 15 February 2011 Road Travel set off on a road trip through the Western & Eastern Cape of South Africa.  Next week we will bring you extracts of this amazing road trip.  From peace pagodas to hot springs to ostriches, caves, waterfalls, quad biking, dangerous mountain passes, world heritage sites, fresh water lakes, beautiful beaches, oysters on the lagoon, suspension bridges, treetop canopy tours, national parks, private lodges, mission stations, historic fishing villages, to the southern most tip of Africa.  There’s simply nothing better than actually stepping off that beaten track, to stop for a while, to really look around you and find the true essence of a place.  The fearless fun loving road travel warriors did just that, so we look forward to sharing some of the secrets of a lesser known South Africa.
